This is a very helpful app. I have not experienced any of the problems in the reviews below. Especially for .99 cents it does a great deal. I dont have any criticism but do have a couple of wishes. It would be most useful to allow the user to enter a date range when exporting, printing or emailing the expense reports. Also, the app may be trying to squeeze too many receipts on one page that makes them a little hard to read when printed. Thanks for you great work.
I cant believe I got suckered into buying this lousy app. It doesnt let you enter any categories or vendor. To boot, there is no tech support. Save your time and money dont buy this product.
Please fix the formatting of the Excel spreadsheet. The title columns do not line up.
I have always been floored by personal accounting. This app has the legs to possibly help many Americans get a handle on their spending while filing their receipts for easy access, for takes, warranties, reimbursement. This app is a hit!
Does what it does well.
I tried several other apps and this one is the easiest and fastest to use. Receipt apps that recognize do not work well and you have to end up entering the info anyway. A couple of suggestions. 1) Fix the CSV columns do not line up. 2) A year end summery and the ability to archive and or delete the prior year. 3) Once the CSV portion is fixed it would be nice to be able to look at year to date spending on a spreadsheet. I own my own business and yearly is important DONT upgrade no longer summarizes the months each receipt is an entry on the view an report page!
App makes numerous monthly files of same receipts . Every time you capture a receipt it creates a new monthly file. Fix the bug will ya?
I use this app all the time, but here are some things I wish they would update: 1. You can only take a photo of your receipt. I wish you could also choose to import a photo so I could include screen grabs from online purchases/receipts. ***PLEASE FIX*** 2. I wish that an automatic pull down menu would appear when you are typing in a vendors name. Its bothersome to scroll through and select the vendor when you have so many listed. Also, maybe perhaps include a "favorites" category of vendors used most often. 3. It would be nice to see a pie/bar chart of expense categories. 4. I wish you could go back and change/retake/review & zoom in on receipts already captured. Right now you can only do this when looking at the PDF file. All in all, its a good app. Just needs some improvements to be awesome.

The app does what it says. However needs the ability to email one or select receipts at a time, a group by client/project.
Love that this app is the most user-friendly of all receipt apps (I downloaded a couple) and it is neat! Love how it is all laid out in a two page report. Cant wait until the customized reports feature updates.
Correction to someones previous review: you can retake the photo of the receipt. The reproduction of the receipts in a PDF is phenomenal. Flaw: cant organize receipts by customer or purpose: for example, for customer x, customer y, and customer z. Only by month or category... Which given how an Accts dept usually processes needs to be "meals", "travel" "gas" or whatnot.
App worked great before. Loved it and gave it a 5 star rating. Now it drops to a 1 because I could not email nor print my receipts. I would get a weird icon on corner of PDF and rest of page was blank. I emailed the company twice for help but no response!! Its been well over a week too. I had to delete the app & hoping it will work now but what a pain. I have everything logged for 2 months & now I have to start over. Not sure I even trust this app to work.
Just compiling the receipts is worth the cost of the app, no more lining up all my recipes on the copier at month end. If I could change the PDF layout to landscape, and choose a date range for export (it only lets pick one month at a time, nothing more, nothing less) it would be 5 stars. My billing cycle is mid month, so half the data is worthless for each given expense report to corporate. I hope the developer makes the change!!
I collect a lot of receipts every time I travel (weekly). This app has save loads of time. Really like the currency exchange for when I work both sides of the border. Would be nice to see more currency exchange sources available in the Settings though. Also would be great to be able to tag receipts with a project number. Lastly, would also be great to summarize expense reporting by expense type. All-in-all, nice simple app that does the basics very well. I especially like not needing to have a complicated online subscription where they try to collect all of your personal financial info.
The app works great! Used for the last 6 months....No more standing at the copy machine, no more tracking down lost receipts, NO MORE PAPER!!! A+ Love it!
I love the app would be perfect if there was a way to enter gallon amount and an odometer reading !! Truckers and drivers would love this app even more
I like how to allows you to stitch the receipts together. It would be great to include OCR. One bug is that the column heading for tip is missing so tax and total are too far down. Easy update to fix that.
I just downloaded this app solely for the automatic resizing & aligning to a standard sheet of paper - however, I feel like this app could be amazing if just a few tweaks were implemented: 1. Settings for default categories/vendors/etc, or make all of these fields optional - the user may not want to keep that information, and its frankly a little off-putting that we have to populate those fields. 2. The ability to export only certain receipts - if I go on two trips for work & need to keep receipts for each that are billable to different clients, when I export, I should be able to choose which receipts to include, not have to dump them all in by default. Also, dont group them together by month, or make it a setting - I need to submit expenses weekly, so a monthly grouping serves no purpose. I really think this has the potential to be a great app - the organizing of receipts onto one sheet of paper is something nobody else is doing - if you add a few simple tweaks, you could have yourself something that I could encourage everyone in my company to use.
