Good idea but it doesnt work properly

I think this is a very good idea for those that travel and have works expenses and they must prove them, unffortunately this app doesnt work properly because is not possible to write numbers with desimal numbers it has to be all the time a wrong number. If this change it would be a very fonctional app. The price is no high but anyway we are paying for something that they should prevent clients before to buy it.

Good!

Very easy to use and well thought out. What its lacking though is: * iCloud support. You can import into Dropbox however if you try to upload another report it does not change the file name therefore it asks if youd like to overwrite. Theres also no way to back up your files so this is a major negative. * Ability to sort by category and customize reports. It only sorts by month which is nice, but not entirely effective for what I need. Its very simplistic however I see the potential. Works great, easy to add receipts but needs to be more robust Will rate 5 stars one day if they ever add the features above.

WOW

This app would be very good if it had tech support, and if when you went to save and it asks you for a vendor and wont allow you to put in a vendor then it wont save... FML... The one app I actually paid for... Typical.

Needs different catagories

I think this app would be amazing if I could categorize the receipts by job name rather than the month.

Cant rate because I cant use it!

I really want to start using this but I cant seem to get it working! I just downloaded the application yesterday and when I go to categories there are none to choose from and no pop up keyboard to create one. I thought maybe you needed to take a picture if the receipt first, and when I did I couldnt retrieved the photo. Id really like to start using it so if anyone knows how I can contact the developer it would be greatly appreciated!

Great little app

I was pleasantly surprised. I love the full page PDFs it creates with snapshots of receipts. I would have bought it just to avoid taping all my receipts to a piece of paper to make a photocopy. It even emails you the PDF and a csv file that you can sort or do whatever you need with it. I created my own categories and was able to use it to import into our corporate expense system. Where do we go to leave ideas for new features?

Great start...

Great simple app. It has the potential to be 5 stars. However it requires the ability to assign expenses per project, include notes within the one summary, export data per specified time period not just by month, customize reports per project & also to hide unused fields ie "Tip" & "Tax" with show with zeros if not being used. Come on Dan C!!! Go after the 5 stars.

Doesnt work

I just downloaded this app. I cant choose a vendor or category. There is nothing available. I cant even edit and add my own... Lame and frustrating!!!

Not Bad

Its ok, but as other ppl have said it lacks the ability to be able to sort properly. Because of this, I will have to find another app that does what I need. Sorry.

Perfect just add OCR

It works great with my 4s It is also a fraction of the cost of others with the same features ie receipts pro - expense tracking with reports If this had OCR to fill in the blanks for me I would recommend it to the chamber of commerce 99 cents ... Its worth it

Items on receipt

Line items are important. If I want to search for a certain item a I purchased. I could always type it in the notes, but notes are not searchable. Must add that feature.

Almost perfect

One improvement I request: the option to have so many columns of receipt photos by page is currently in the Settings menu. As this option needs to be changed from project to project, can you move it directly on to the app? This would make things much faster.

Receipts Disappear

When I edit or delete an entry, all entries end up disappearing and I have to close the app and reopen it

Falls short

When viewing the cvs export the columns do not contain the correct information. The tip column has the notes and the tax column contains the tip. Also, the PDF version should allow you to print in landscape mode. I like it but it needs some refinement.

Limited To Monthly Reports Only

This App is problematic if you need to group receipts by project or job. If you have multiple projects in a month or they span a month, there is no option to group them together. Also, there is no control over how many receipts you want to appear on a page that you print. The App will automatically fill a page with as many receipts as it can making many of them illegible and unsuitable for submission for reimbursement.

Good app falls short

App makes it very easy to categorize receipts and get a expense report by the month. Where it falls short is not being able to see or print receipts by category or date. It would also be a good idea to be able to do expense reports by month, by category, and by date. I hope to see this in an update

Doesnt Work as Described

There are no Categories listed and you cant add any, if you press on the arrow it brings up a blank page, press edit and nothing happens, same with the Vendor field. There are no instructions included on how to use the app.

Dissapointing

Will not let me enter info in the "vendor" or "category" fields. No app support and no instruction. Not worth it even if it was free.

Great! Needs some tweaks.

Would be nice if you could create weekly reports vs monthly. I submit my expenses weekly. When a week is in two different months I have to upload two different PDF files to my companies expense site. Also, scanned hotel receipts are shrunk too small.

Pointless

Why wont this allow me to use the categories?? This app isnt worth the $$ never works correctly. Get it fixed!!!
